The problem

MODERN BUSINESSES USE MANY SYSTEMS.

CRM, email, spreadsheets, finance, support and internal tools each work well on their own. The processes between them still depend on people moving work by hand.

Conceptual illustration
  1. Fragmented systems
  2. Manual work
  3. Delayed processes
  4. Limited visibility

The solution

ONE WORKFLOW LAYER FOR YOUR ENTIRE OPERATION.

FLOWTYPE sits between your business systems and the outcomes you need. Hover or focus each stage to see what it does.

FLOWTYPE

The orchestration layer that connects, builds, automates and monitors workflows across those systems.

  • CONNECT your tools
  • BUILD the workflow visually
  • AUTOMATE execution
  • MONITOR every run

Integration, orchestration and intelligent automation are different things.

  • Simple integration

Moves data between two systems when something happens.

  • Workflow orchestration

Coordinates many steps, conditions, retries, approvals and systems as one managed process with state.

FLOWTYPE ORCHESTRATE is designed for this

  • Intelligent automation

Adds AI steps such as classification and extraction inside an orchestrated workflow, with rules and people still in control.

AI workflows

AI STEPS THAT ARE BOUNDED, INSPECTABLE AND REVIEWABLE.

Classification, extraction, summarisation and decision support are steps inside a workflow you define. These are product capabilities demonstrated here, not claims about an operating AI service.

AI step types

Assign a label and a confidence score to text, then route on the result.

Input

"My invoice shows a duplicate charge."

These are product capabilities shown as examples. Outputs are static samples, not results from an operating AI service.

Example workflow: support message routing

Simulated in your browser

Edit the text or pick a sample. Rules run locally; no AI service is called.

FAQ

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PLAINLY.

Can’t find what you need? Contact FLOWTYPE.

FLOWTYPE is building a platform for business workflow automation. Its flagship product, FLOWTYPE ORCHESTRATE, lets teams connect systems, design workflows visually, run them, and monitor every execution from one place.

Multi-step business processes that move between systems and people: customer onboarding, invoice approval, lead qualification, support escalation and internal access requests are the example workflows used across this site.

ORCHESTRATE is designed around connectors, APIs and webhooks. The integration catalogue on this site is a demonstration of how connectors will be presented. Entries are marked Planned or Concept, and none is live today.

AI steps such as classification, extraction, summarisation and decision support are core product capabilities. They run inside a workflow you define, with confidence thresholds and human review. The AI demos on this site run in your browser and do not call an AI service.

The developer experience includes a workflow and execution API, webhooks and an SDK. The documentation pages show the intended shape of these interfaces as demonstration examples; they are not connected to a live API.

A trigger starts an execution. FLOWTYPE runs each step in order, applies retries and timeouts, follows conditions and approvals, and records input, output and duration per step. Use RUN DEMO on this site to watch a simulated run.

Yes. Workspaces, roles and approvals are designed for operations, finance, sales, support and IT teams working on shared workflows. Team limits are described in the proposed plans.

FLOWTYPE is designed for enterprise control: role-based access, audit logs, credential protection and usage visibility. These are design goals described on the Security page. No certifications are claimed.
